Booked a 90-minute deep tissue session after a long hike near the lake and the pressure was exactly right, firm but never painful. The therapist worked through the knots in my shoulders and lower back, and I could turn my head comfortably the next morning. The studio is quiet and clean, and they stay open late enough that an evening appointment is realistic.
